2017 Event Cancelled
This year's event will be converted to a Fun Run on the course, followed by beer and lunch afterward at Loughran's. Same date, November 19th. Run starts at 11:00am.
Moodna Madness is a 4.9-mile road race that starts and finishes at Loughran's Irish Pub in Salisbury Mills, NY. Loughran's is a staple in the community, known best for its friendly atmosphere, top-rate prime rib, and of course, terrific tap beer.
Featured in this spectacular run course is Schunemunk Mountain, site of the highest point in Orange County (1664'), and the Mooda Viaduct, which is the highest and longest active train bridge east of the Mississippi River. More photographs are taken of the mountain and viaduct than any other location in the area, and after you run this course, you'll know exactly why!
